Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try Before You Pay — 7-Day Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day Pro trial with full access to all features, and no credit card is required to start it. This gives you a full week to evaluate the product before any payment is made.

Because you can experience everything for free first, we encourage you to use the trial to decide whether PromptSeenAI is right for you before subscribing.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment:

• Applies to your first payment on a new subscription (monthly or annual)
• No questions asked for first-time subscribers
• Request it by emailing us (see section 6)

Once approved, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends when the refund is issued.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee:

• Cancel from Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription, or by emailing us
• You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for
• You will not be charged again after you cancel
• When the period ends, your account moves to the Free plan — your saved projects remain accessible

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, refund a payment already made. For refunds, see sections 2 and 4.

4. Renewal Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically so your access is not interrupted. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date.

Renewal payments are outside the 14-day first-payment guarantee and are generally non-refundable. However, if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep and you contact us promptly, we will review your request in good faith.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record
• Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
• You will receive email confirmation once a refund is issued

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or ask a billing question, contact us with the email address on your account and, if possible, your order or receipt reference:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Merchant of Record

Purchases on PromptSeenAI are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Your card or receipt statement may show Lemon Squeezy (or LMSQUEEZY). Refunds and billing are handled in accordance with this policy together with Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
